Our coaching role, like facilitation, lies at the heart of our philosophy for developing people.  It is founded on the firm belief that it is people themeselves who are best placed to identify their problems and find their own solutions.

Our intention is to draw out the inner wisdom from the coachee., helping them articulate their vision for change, identify the barriers and blocks that are holding them back, and the opportunities and resources they can draw upon to turn things around.

Throughout the coaching relationship our role is to draw out insight about onesself, about others, and about learning itself, so that coachees leave with a stronger ability to reflect on their experiences, learn and change.
