Our training work is based around our client’s identified learning and development needs. It can include tailored training for a particular group of people, or off-the-peg programmes that address particular skills gaps.
Our approach is underpinned by Kolb’s experiential learning philosophy. Our training programmes include all stages of the learning cycle, and include learning styles to suit all participants. Where desired we design and assess impact on using a competencies-based assessment process.
Our training workshops are enjoyable, and we use games and other exercises to introduce concepts, to build relationships as well as to get people moving around.
