In addition to public courses we also provide bespoke in-house programmes to address your organisation’s particular needs.  Please note that the content for these courses is based on the methods we use in our Organisation Development consultancy services.  Hence they are perfect for getting an in-depth experience of what we do and how we work – and for internal OD practitioners to achieve a strong skills base prior to working with us as an internal partner, i.e. within our Scale & Sustain programme.
